Fringe Benefit Group, and its affiliate companies have helped employers and associations design and administer fringe benefit programs since 1983. Fringe Insurance Benefits, Inc. (FIBI) is the marketing arm of the Fringe Benefit Group, and Plan Benefit Services (PBS) handles the administration side of the business. Through its nationwide network of independent brokers and agents, FIBI has established itself as the leader in government contractor health & welfare and retirement plans. Drawing on expertise in the prevailing wage segment, FIBI has also emerged as leader in group benefit plans designed specifically for hourly & part-time workers.

Government Contractors (Davis-Bacon / Service Contract Act )
The fringe benefit programs we offer provide valuable retirement and medical benefits to hourly and salaried workers on government funded jobs. To date we have helped over 4,000 employers successfully navigate the prevailing fringe benefit maze, including many Fortune 500 companies and ENR 400 firms. Major Medical Hour Bank Health programs are offered. Retirement programs include a master trust arrangement for small to mid-size employers and unbundled open architecture single employer trusts for larger employers.
